Constructive Innovation (licensed California Contractor #B735426) was founded in 1996 to create unique buildings, research and test construction materials and processes, and develop "unbuildable" sites.
• Completed projects involve steep, rocky sites, narrow pads and restricted setbacks, stepped footings, inverted scissor-trusses, long-span floor trusses, seismic retrofits and air-rights construction.
• "Hands on" experience with foundations, framing, utilities and finishes, as well as rough grading, underground utilities, roadwork, landscape, irrigation, erosion control, drainage systems, and fire protection systems.
• Use of specialized materials including low-maintenance, corrosion-proof and mold-resistant products such as copper, bronze, stainless steel, zinc, as well as plastics, high-tech industrial paints, specialty sealants and composite materials.
