Community Library: 5000 sf addition to a 1950's facility, adding daylight, security and flying roof forms, North Park, San Diego.

Community Health Center: 9000 sf medical facility expansion in four phases, Barrio Logan, San Diego.

Medical Research Institute: 20,000 sf, $2.6 million, four-story diabetes research facility, Scripps Hospital, La Jolla.

Rural Childcare Center: 7000 sf, 12-bedroom crisis shelter for abused children, with a 2500 sf atrium, Oregon.

Residential Care Facility: 1600 sf expansion of Ronald McDonald House, Children's Hospital, San Diego.

Retail Stores: 5000 sf site-adapt conversion & tenant improvement for Autozone, Apple Valley, Redlands and Huntington Park.

Institutional Adaptive Re-use: 39,000 sf administration bldg retrofitted into a former bowling alley, San Diego County Department of Social Services, Lemon Grove.

Research & Development: 65,000 sf, two-story R&D facility, with a 10,000 sf high-bay shop and rolling cranes, Ball Systems, Sorrento Mesa.

Corporate Headquarters: 80,000 sf, three-story facility with central atrium, Vanderbilt Corporation, Carlsbad Oaks.

Research & Development: 45,000 sf, two-story tilt-up and curtainwall corporate headquarters and R&D facility, La Jolla.

Industrial:  1660 sf addition and seismic retrofit to an existing 2-story tilt-up concrete industrial building, Escondido.

Condominium Renovation: Six-unit condominium remoded with new windows, french doors, and tile-roofed balconies, La Jolla.

Batiquitos Lagoon: Masterplan and design for 75 single-family luxury homes, ranging from 2150 to 2775 sf, Carlsbad.

Hotel Expansion & Renovation: 16,000 sf, $1.2-million, 2-story addition of lobby, dining room, kitchen and 11 guest suites, Carlsbad.

Residential Pavilion: 1005 sf house with inverted scissor truss roof, curved walls, 18' high inclined glass wall, Poway.

Bridge House: 1350 sf home spanning 36 feet with wood floor trusses, over a natural ravine, Cougar Canyon.

Rural Luxury Ranch: 6500 sf addition, including theater, wine cellar, master bedroom suite, stable and heliport on 30 acres, Daley Ranch.

Historic Adaptive Re-use: Renovation of a historic three-story brick residence as corporate office space, Prospect Street, La Jolla.
